Kelly Ohm

UX Researcher

Kelly Ohm, MS, PMP, is an experienced professional in human factors engineering and biomechanics, serving as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Microsoft from January 2020 to March 2023. Currently, Kelly holds the position of Biomedical Engineer and UX Researcher at Meta, working with the Wearables UXR Devices team. Prior experience includes roles at Harman Connected Services as a Human Factors Engineer focusing on biomechanics, at the University of Oregon as a Human Performance Specialist, and at the DoD-VA Extremity Trauma and Amputation Center of Excellence as a Research Assistant in biomechanics. In 2023, Kelly became the Human Factors Lead Consultant and Deputy Chief at Spectrum Software Technology, Inc., concentrating on EHR modernization and usability. Kelly earned a Master of Science in Biomechanics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Willamette University.
