Kevin Fall

Kevin Fall is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in network architecture, software development, and cybersecurity. Kevin served as a Principal Engineer at Qualcomm and Intel Corporation, focusing on dynamic adaptive streaming and network processing. Notable roles include Chief Technology Officer at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute and co-founder of both Netboost Corporation and Nefeli Networks. Kevin has also held positions at University of California, San Diego, and Berkeley Lab, contributing to advances in TCP congestion control and multimedia tools. Currently, Kevin is CEO and Founder of Roland Computing Services, providing innovative solutions in network security. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from UC San Diego and a BA from UC Berkeley.
