Lara Rustom

Lara Rustom currently leads the Global Independent Contractor program at Meta, overseeing the transformation and implementation of scalable onboarding workflows while collaborating with various cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Meta, Lara served as a Senior Consultant for the HR division at Adobe, where significant improvements were made in the Project Business Validation process, and the lifecycle of the Contingent Workforce Program was managed across multiple regions. Previous roles include overseeing Contractor Compliance and managing contingent worker relations at Adobe, as well as HR positions at iSTYLE Hungary and L'Oréal. Lara holds a Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School.
