Laura Smith

Laura Smith is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, currently serving as an Associate in the litigation department at White & Case LLP since August 2013. Prior to this, Laura gained valuable experience as a Trainee Solicitor at White & Case LLP, where the role encompassed various practice areas including asset finance and corporate M&A. In early 2023, Laura held dual secondee positions at Meta as Regulatory Litigation Counsel and Privacy Legal Counsel. Laura's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Distinction from The College of Law, an MA (Hons) in Modern History with First Class honors from the University of Oxford, and a top score in the International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
