Lauren Miller has a diverse professional background, including roles at Applied Value Group as both a Consultant and Senior Consultant from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes an internship at Credit Do Inc in May 2014 and a position as a White Water Raft Guide at AVA Rafting & Ziplining during the summer of 2015. Lauren co-founded and served as COO at UpDog Kombucha from January 2016 to July 2021 and is currently the Transformation Lead for People Operations at Meta since June 2024. Academically, Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University after completing high school at Kent Place School.
