Lawrence Altaffer

Lawrence Altaffer possesses extensive experience in web and product design, having held various leadership roles in notable companies. Beginning as a founder of Catpoint Studios and L4 Designs, Lawrence transitioned to freelance design work with ONE Campaign before contributing to Capital One as Manager of Web and Digital Design. Subsequent roles included UX Senior Director and UX Director at Capital One, leading identity and commerce initiatives. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Meta since March 2022, Lawrence also held positions such as Creative Tech Lead at Saatchi & Saatchi and Design Team Lead at Mobile Messenger. Additionally, Lawrence is a past board member of Grymes Memorial School. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.
