Laxmi Pandey is an experienced researcher and educator in the fields of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with a focus on speech recognition and Human-Computer Interaction. Laxmi served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Merced from August 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included conducting pre-lab discussions and offering student consultation. Prior experience includes a three-year role as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, concentrating on multi-lingual automatic speech recognition models.
