Lila Saari, LEED AP, has a robust background in sustainability and urban design, with education from New York University, where Lila earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Architecture and a minor in Environmental Studies. Lila began an internship at smith maran architecture + interiors llc in 2016, followed by a series of relevant positions including internships at the International Nighttime Design Initiative and the NYC Department of City Planning. Lila gained further experience at Thornton Tomasetti, holding roles from Sustainability Intern to Senior Sustainability Project Consultant, before moving to Brightworks Sustainability as Project Manager and Senior Consultant from January 2022 to December 2024. Lila currently serves as Sustainability Product Design Manager at Meta starting in January 2025.
