Lotfi ELATI has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and regulatory technology sectors. Beginning as a Telecom Engineer at GET WIRELESS, Lotfi ELATI progressed to various engineering roles, including Radio Optimization Engineer and Radio Planning Engineer at Ooredoo Tunisie. Lotfi ELATI then served as a Senior Manager for Regulatory Technology and as a Radio Optimization Senior Engineer at du before taking on the role of Director of Regulatory & Market Access for MENA at Inmarsat. Since February 2022, Lotfi ELATI has held the position of Head of Public Policy Connectivity & Access MENA at Meta. Lotfi ELATI holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering and an MBA, both from the Polytechnic School of Tunisia and the American University in Dubai, respectively.
