Mandar Pradhan

Mandar Pradhan is a skilled engineer with expertise in machine learning and software development, having held roles at several prominent organizations, including ICE, Meta, and Atlassian. As a Machine Learning Engineer at ICE, significant contributions included establishing CI/CD pipelines, developing deep learning architectures for document classification and signature detection, and creating monitoring dashboards. At Atlassian, responsibilities focused on improving search relevance within Confluence, including the development of LLM-based solutions. Mandar's earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of California San Diego and internships focused on data science and system design.
