Manu Rastogi

Manu Rastogi is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in machine learning and VLSI design. Beginning a career as a Research Engineer in the VLSI group at DA-IICT, Manu focused on algorithms for arrhythmia detection in ECG. A transition to academia led to a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, where research involved the design of silicon neurons for neural signal recording. Subsequent roles at Qualcomm Research included contributions to deep learning and processor design, while positions at HP Labs and Apple emphasized advancements in machine learning techniques. Currently serving as a Machine Learning Engineering Manager at Meta, Manu also maintains editorial responsibilities with the IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems and participates as an Angel Squad Member with Hustle Fund. Qualifications include a B.Tech from DA-IICT and an MS from the University of Florida.
