Marvel Matarrita

Marvel Matarrita possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various sectors, including technology and consumer goods. Beginning as a Whitewater Rafting Guide and Concierge at Rios Tropicales and Vail Resorts, respectively, Marvel transitioned into HR roles at Procter & Gamble as an HR Subject Matter Expert, and later at IBM, where responsibilities included managing payroll and HR operations for multiple countries and large teams. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Marvel directed global HR services and business process outsourcing, leading successful teams and managing client relationships. Subsequent positions at Google included overseeing global ads support operations and managing vendor teams. Currently serving as People Service Delivery Manager at Meta, Marvel continues to leverage a robust background in HR, payroll, and vendor management backed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and undergraduate studies at Universidad de Costa Rica.
