Joan Zhou

Joan Zhou is a Senior Manager in People Service Delivery at PwC, where they have been enhancing human resources operations since 2021. Previously, they held significant roles including Senior Manager for Asia Payroll at Tapestry and Payroll Supervisor-APAC at Gensler, where they managed payroll processes across multiple Asian countries and led various HR initiatives. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2007.
