Marvin Galang

Marvin Galang has a robust background in engineering and data science with extensive experience in telecommunications. Starting as a Senior RF Planning Engineer at Smart Communications, Inc., Marvin progressed through various roles, including Senior RF Consultant at LCC and multiple positions at T-Mobile, where responsibilities spanned performance engineering in both Packet Core and RAN. A significant tenure at AT&T as Lead-Radio Access Network Performance Data Analytics involved advanced statistical modeling of large datasets using Python and machine learning techniques. Marvin later served as a Research Data Scientist at Meta, focusing on infrastructure, and currently leads a data science organization at Meta. Academically, Marvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapúa University, an IOS and Mac Application Development certificate from the University of Washington, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
