Matthew Cohen is currently the Director and Associate General Counsel for Anti-Corruption & Global Trade Compliance at Meta. Previously, they served as the Director and Managing Counsel for Anti-Corruption at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing a comprehensive compliance program. Their legal career includes roles as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they received multiple awards for outstanding performance. Matthew began their legal journey as a law clerk for The Hon. Robert E. Payne in Virginia after earning a JD from the College of William & Mary and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
