Megan McDevitt

Megan McDevitt has a diverse background in leadership development and organizational effectiveness, with experience spanning over two decades. Beginning as an Executive Assistant at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, where responsibilities included event planning and volunteer supervision, Megan then progressed to roles such as Program Manager at Girls Inc. of Alameda County and Talent Portfolio Manager at Stanford University, focusing on training and development. At Meta, Megan held multiple positions centered on learning and development, aligning interventions with business objectives and serving as an internal consultant for senior executives. Currently, as the Director, Global Head of Team Development at Nokia, Megan is tasked with developing frameworks for effective team dynamics and promoting a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. Most recently, Megan served as the Director of Leadership Facilitation & Programming at Sidebar, facilitating group coaching for leaders and building curriculum based on best practices.
