Michelle L. has extensive experience in various roles focusing on community empowerment and human rights. Notably, as the Distributions Editor for the Berkeley Fiction Review from August 2015 to 2017, Michelle curated stories for publication, thereby expanding the outreach of the journal. In the role of Research Assistant at the Human Rights Center, UC Berkeley School of Law, from April 2017 to 2019, Michelle conducted open source investigations into human rights issues.
