Mitra Motlagh possesses extensive experience in law, human rights, and partnership development across diverse international organizations. Beginning a legal career at Allen & Overy, Mitra then served in multiple roles at the United Nations Development Programme, including Access to Justice Specialist in Nepal and Human Rights & Justice Specialist for the Arab States region. Mitra's expertise further expanded at Save the Children UK and the World Health Organization, focusing on health and human rights initiatives. Additionally, trustee roles have been fulfilled at Connect: North Korea and Human Rights at Sea. Currently, Mitra is involved with Meta as Government & Social Impact Partner Manager for Sub Saharan Africa and as EMEA Lead for Social Impact Partnerships, with ongoing trustee responsibilities at Korea Future. Educationally, Mitra holds an M.B.A. from IE Business School.
