Morgana Carter has a diverse background in data science, analytics, and legislative support. Starting as an Analyst at Citi in 2007, Morgana transitioned to a role as a Microtargeting Assistant at MSHC Partners the same year. Morgana then served as a Legislative Aide for the US Congress from 2008 to 2010, followed by a position as Deputy Director, Targeting and Data at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee until 2012. Morgana's career continued at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association as an Information Analyst from 2012 to 2015. From July 2015 to August 2019, Morgana held roles as a Data Scientist and later as a Data Science Manager at Intel Corporation, leading a global team focused on data science and analytics. Currently, Morgana works as a People Analytics Manager at Meta since August 2019. Morgana has academic experience from Cornell University, attending both Cornell University Graduate School and Cornell University.
