Nakia Thomas

Nakia Thomas possesses extensive legal experience, primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Beginning as a Legal Assistant at Skadden Arps from June 2000 to July 2002, Nakia transitioned to summer associate roles at Lehman Brothers and Reed Smith LLP, focusing on general corporate counsel. Subsequent positions included Associate roles at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and Reed Smith LLP, as well as Corporate Counsel for Bristol Myers Squibb and The Vanguard Group, experiencing significant responsibilities in strategic corporate transactions and corporate legal services.
