Nicol Perez has extensive experience in product marketing and communications, demonstrated through roles at prominent organizations such as Instagram, Meta, and the U.S. Department of State. At Instagram, Nicol planned and executed a webinar program that generated $236 million in revenue over six months. As Co-Founder of Girlz, FTW, a global community empowering women, Nicol has led a team focused on mentorship across 73 countries. Notably, Nicol has held multiple leadership positions at Meta, including Program Manager for Facebook Education and Product Equity and Accessibility Programs Lead, driving initiatives on civic engagement and inclusion in tech products.
