Pamela Raimo has extensive experience in executive recruiting and technical recruitment across various industries. At Meta, from April 2022 to May 2023, Pamela served as the Principal Executive Recruiting and Research leader for the TalentX team, focusing on hiring top-tier leaders and optimizing recruiting operations. Previously, as a Lead Technical Recruiter, Pamela specialized in recruiting IC6 level Software Engineers with expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision. Following her tenure at Meta, Pamela became the Global Recruiting Lead at Tulip Interfaces, enhancing recruitment strategies for manufacturing companies from June 2023 to February 2025. Prior roles included serving as Lead Executive Recruiter at Wayfair and Senior Technical Recruiter at World Wide Technology, where Pamela successfully led executive-level recruitment and identified top-tier infrastructure engineering consultants across multiple sectors.
