Peijin Wei

Peijin Wei is a Data Scientist at Meta since July 2020, with extensive experience in performance analysis and research. From September 2018 to April 2019, Peijin served as a Performance Analyst for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, where responsibilities included evaluating departmental performance, managing cross-department projects, analyzing crash records using R, and presenting findings to leadership. Prior experience includes a Research Intern position at the 21st Century Education Research Institute, where Peijin focused on education innovation, and a Research Assistant role at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, conducting data analysis on student questionnaires. Peijin holds a Master of Quantitative Management in Business Analytics from Duke University, a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with Distinction from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Renmin University of China.
