Philip Mak

Philip Mak is an experienced software engineer with a background in full-stack development and analytics, having worked at Citi from August 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing support screens that significantly improved trade message injection times and enhancing a flagship trade allocation engine. During this tenure, Philip also created microservice applications for real-time analytics while transitioning a C++ library to Python. Currently, Philip serves as a software engineer at Meta since August 2021. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a triple major in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Rutgers University, completed in 2018, and a high school diploma from Freehold Borough High School, awarded in 2014.
