Phillip Lohaus

Phillip Lohaus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in policy advising, intelligence analysis, and risk management. From September 2019 to January 2022, Phillip served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the San Francisco Police Commission. Prior to this, Phillip worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the United States Department of Defense and held various roles within the US Navy, including a Reserve Officer position focused on cybersecurity assessments. At Meta, Phillip advanced through multiple roles, culminating in the position of Head of Risk Intelligence, Integrity Risk Management, where the focus included developing risk management systems and compliance programs. Additionally, Phillip has held positions at the American Enterprise Institute and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, showcasing a strong foundation in research and analysis.
