Qicheng

Qicheng Ma has extensive experience in software engineering, having worked in various leading companies across the tech industry. Beginning as an Intern Software Design Engineer at Microsoft in 2005, Qicheng transitioned to a Senior Software Engineer role at Google from 2006 to 2010, contributing to ads quality improvements. A tenure at Twitter from 2010 to 2017 as Staff Software Engineer involved building an ads serving system and leading the Ads Quality team, significantly increasing revenue. From 2017 to 2020, Qicheng held the position of Software Engineering Lead and Manager at Snap Inc., overseeing the Snap Engineering Tools team. In 2021, Qicheng joined Realm AI as Software Engineering Lead, focusing on generative AI and social camera projects, and is currently a Software Engineer at Meta since September 2024.
