Qin Hu

Qin (Erin) Hu has a diverse academic and professional background with degrees in Land Resources Management, Real Estate Development, Computer Engineering, Quantitative Methods and Modeling, and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Professional experience includes roles as a Corporate Banking Intern at China CITIC Bank International Limited, where financial calculations and loan origination analysis were performed, and a Loan Originations Intern at Cosmopolitan Capital Funding, LLC, where database management and client relationship enhancement were key responsibilities. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Meta since June 2025, and has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at NYU Tandon School of Engineering for courses related to Haptics, Telerobotics, and Interactive Medical Robotics.
