Qurat Ann

Qurat Ann, PhD, has a strong background in qualitative research, particularly within the tech, finance, and healthcare industries. As a Research Manager and Senior Research Associate at Fuel Cycle from August 2022 to September 2022, Qurat led various end-to-end studies involving methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, and prototype testing. Prior experience includes roles as a Qualitative UX Researcher at Meta from April 2025 to December 2024, where Qurat examined user behaviors and motivations using diverse research methods. Qurat also served as a Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, focusing on information sharing practices related to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), and held research positions at Colorado State University and Touchstone Research. Qurat holds a PhD, two master’s degrees, and a bachelor's degree, all in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
