Radhika K Raman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for AI Partnerships at Meta since October 2025, Radhika previously held the position of Managing Associate Attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, focusing on emerging companies and venture funds. Radhika's background includes roles as Associate Attorney at Gunderson Dettmer and Knobbe Martens, where expertise encompassed commercial contract negotiations, IP strategy, litigation, and advisory for various technologies, including artificial intelligence. Radhika's legal journey began with student attorney experience at Boston University/MIT Startup Law Clinic, complemented by internships and clerkships at notable firms and organizations. Radhika holds a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
