Rahama Baloni is the Founder of the Lupus Advocacy Centre, dedicated to creating global awareness for Lupus disease since September 2016. Baloni served as a Senior Programme Officer and Program Manager for Mercy Corps from December 2017 to August 2019, leading initiatives to address conflict and promote peace in Nigeria while engaging in various high-profile panels and contributing to research publications on conflict dynamics. Previous roles include Event Manager at Minion Events Nigeria Ltd, Legislative Intern at the National Assembly of Nigeria, and Legal Associate at Okon Efut (SAN) & Associates. Baloni holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of York, a qualification as a Barrister & Solicitor from the Nigerian Law School, and a certificate in Human Rights & Drug Policy from the University of Ghana.
