Rahul Jha is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and research across multiple prestigious companies. Beginning a career as a Software Engineer at Yahoo! Inc from July 2007 to July 2010, Rahul worked on a Hadoop-based data ingestion pipeline. Subsequent roles included a Software Intern at Apple, a Research Intern at Yahoo, and co-founding Step2. From June 2015 to April 2022, Rahul served as a Senior Applied Scientist at Microsoft, contributing to various projects in recommendations and natural language processing. As a Senior Research Scientist at Netflix from May 2022 to January 2025 and currently as a Staff Applied Researcher at Meta since January 2025, Rahul focuses on advanced research applications.
