Riham Mansour is a highly accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Meta, Riham leads the LLAMA post-training and AI response quality initiatives. Previously, Riham held pivotal roles at Google as a Distinguished Engineer and Senior Director, focusing on modeling and quality for Gemini within Vertex AI, and directed engineering efforts for major language services. As a Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Intelus.ai, Riham contributed to innovative no-code solutions in the enterprise AI sector. Riham's prior experience includes leadership positions at Microsoft, teaching roles at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Virginia Tech, and early career development at IBM. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, a Master’s from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor’s degrees from the same institution.
