Rita Chen

Rita Chen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract manufacturing, office management, and health administration. Currently serving as a Contract Manufacturing Manager at Meta since January 2021, Rita has previously held roles at Oculus VR and Faceboo, focusing on administrative management and program coordination. Early career experiences include internships and positions at Sodexo, Friends of Children with Special Needs, and Loris Diner, showcasing expertise in logistics, event coordination, and foodservice operations. Rita holds an AA in Liberal Arts and Dietetics, as well as a BA in Family & Consumer Sciences and a BS in Dietetics from San Francisco State University. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Taiwanese American Junior Chamber of Commerce Northern California, overseeing fundraising initiatives for a non-profit organization.
