Rob Gallegos, MD, PhD, MBA, FACS, FACC, is a highly accomplished cardiac surgeon and medical consultant with extensive experience in both clinical and academic settings. Rob held positions as an instructor in cardiac surgery at Harvard Medical School and served as the Surgeon in Chief at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Current roles include Chief of Cardiac Surgery at Creighton University School of Medicine and Medical Consultant at CORCYM. Rob's clinical expertise encompasses minimally invasive techniques and TAVR, supported by previous positions at notable institutions such as The Christ Hospital Health Network and The Iowa Clinic. An extensive educational background includes degrees from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Harvard University, and the University of California, San Diego, culminating in a diverse skill set in cardiac surgery and experimental surgery.
