Rod Toll

Rod Toll is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and platform development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for XR Audio at Meta since December 2021, Toll previously held senior roles at Loblaw Companies Limited as Senior Vice President of Technology Platforms, and at Microsoft in various positions including Partner Director of Engineering for the Core Commerce Platform. Toll's early career includes pivotal roles at Google as Engineering Director for Hangouts Partnerships and as Founder and CTO of Shadowfactor Software, which was acquired by Microsoft. Toll holds an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Waterloo.
