Roger Gonzalez

Roger Gonzalez has extensive experience in recruitment and business operations, with a career spanning over a decade. Initially working as a Senior Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services from March 2009 to February 2011, Roger then transitioned to a Business Development Manager and Senior Recruiter role at Certified Companies until October 2012. Following that, a position as a Technical Recruiter at Google from October 2013 to July 2017 was held, before moving to Meta, where roles included Recruiting Ninja and Manager of Global Operations from July 2017 to February 2022. Currently, Roger serves as a Recruiter in Global Recruiting & Mission Control at Meta since June 2023. Educationally, Roger holds two Bachelor's degrees from New Mexico State University in Criminal Justice and Foreign Language with a specialization in Spanish.
