Ron Scherba possesses extensive experience in data center operations and management, having held key positions at industry leaders such as Microsoft, Meta, Google, and Cisco College. At Microsoft, Ron served as Datacenter Operations Manager - Senior TPM, overseeing a budget exceeding $20 million and ensuring compliance with multiple audits. In a recent role at Meta, Ron led the Data Center Site Capacity Team, focusing on IT capacity lifecycle management. As Director of Data Center Services at the University of South Carolina, Ron managed a substantial budget and a large team dedicated to server infrastructure and capacity planning. Additionally, Ron has taken on executive roles, including overseeing significant operational budgets and strategic visions at Google and Cisco College. Ron holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University.
