Ronald Lytle has a diverse background in management and engineering, with experience in leadership development and operational management. At Ardagh Group, Ronald participated in an 18-month Management Leadership & Development Program focusing on training junior staff for senior leadership roles, followed by positions as Finish Products (Production) Manager and Site Energy and Asset Reliability Manager, overseeing safety, quality control, and employee training for a large production workforce. Prior to this, Ronald served as an Undergraduate Assistant in Risk By Design at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where an educational foundation in Engineering/Industrial Management was established.
