Roxana Galusca

Roxana Galusca, PhD, is a Lead UX Researcher at Meta since August 2021, where significant research efforts focus on AI/GenAI and Facebook creation in the U.S. Prior experience includes roles such as Principal User Experience Researcher and User Experience Lead at Coupa Software, where collaboration with cross-functional partners helped align product strategy with user needs. Roxana also served as a User Researcher at Thomson Reuters, designing and conducting a variety of research studies, and held several positions at other organizations, including Sassafras Tech Collective, the University of Michigan, and the Fair Labor Association, contributing to diverse projects in user research and data analysis. Roxana holds a PhD in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan’s School of Information.
