Ruben Moreno

Ruben Moreno is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in digital media, technology, and privacy law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Meta since August 2022, Ruben previously held the position of Lead Commercial Counsel at Meta from July 2019 to August 2022. Additional roles include Senior Counsel at Viacom, Counsel in Business and Legal Affairs, and Associate Attorney and Law Clerk positions at various firms, including Foreman Friedman and Diageo.
