Ruby Palpal-latoc

Ruby Palpal-latoc has extensive experience in payroll and business analysis, having held several key positions across prominent companies. Ruby began the career at Electronic Arts as a Sr Payroll Analyst from May 2001 to June 2012, followed by a role as Payroll Specialist at Hitachi Data Systems from December 2013 to June 2015. Ruby advanced to Netskope as Payroll Manager in April 2019, before joining Meta in August 2025 as part of the People Service Delivery team.
