Runchen Fang

Runchen Fang is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, with a strong academic background including a Bachelor's Degree from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, a Master's Degree from Fudan University, and a Ph.D. from Arizona State University. Runchen served as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Fudan University, developing deposition recipes for high-k dielectrics and fabricating resistive memory on flexible substrates. Subsequent roles included significant contributions at various companies such as Micron Technology, Western Digital, and Pure Storage, focusing on CMOS FET characterization, 3D NAND device development, and software engineering for manufacturing tests. Currently, Runchen is working as a Research Scientist and Software Engineer at Meta. Throughout the career, Runchen has engaged in extensive research and development, particularly in non-volatile memory and digital integrated circuits, demonstrating expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of microelectronics.
