Ryan Kwan

Ryan Kwan has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across finance, consulting, and project management. Starting as an intern at the Internal Revenue Service and gaining further experience in marketing at Boston University School of Law, Kwan transitioned to a role as an Accounting Intern at Hallmark Health System, Inc. After working as an Internal Auditor at State Street, Ryan held the position of Assistant Vice President, Business Controls Manager at State Street Global Advisors from February 2017 to March 2019. Subsequently, Kwan served as a Senior Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting until February 2021. Currently, Ryan is employed at Meta, where responsibilities include leading strategy and operations for GenAI Annotations and managing operations for Reality Labs. In addition, Kwan co-founded the Boston Night Market, significantly contributing to one of Boston’s largest food and culture festivals. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
