Ryan Wells

Ryan Wells is an experienced professional with a strong background in logistics and recruitment. At Target from July 2012 to April 2014, Ryan served as Executive Team Leader, Replenishment, managing up to 60 personnel and overseeing logistics processes, inventory management, and operational plans for product placement. Following this role, Ryan transitioned to Meta, where positions included Recruiting Coordinator Lead and Senior Manager in various aspects of candidate experience and assessment operations from March 2017 to January 2019.
