Saketh Rambhatla

Saketh Rambhatla is an experienced researcher with a focus on advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques. Educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Dual Degree in Instrumentation and Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Professional experience includes a role as a Visiting Research Student at University College Cork, followed by several research internships at prominent organizations such as Philips, Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories, and Cruise, where efficient algorithms for continual self-supervised learning and state-of-the-art video-based Person Re-identification algorithms were developed. Recently, Saketh has undertaken a position as a Research Scientist at Meta, conducting research on cutting-edge image and video generation models, along with postdoctoral work focused on novel generative AI techniques.
