Samar Abdallah is an experienced Software Engineer and Business Support Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications and value-added services (VAS). At touch Lebanon from August 2007 to September 2021, Samar focused on project design, analysis, development, implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and project delivery, notably developing the backend of the touch mobile app for subscriber profile and service management. Recently, in September 2023, Samar joined Meta as a Business Support Engineer, providing support for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, specifically in user notifications and SMS services, while also managing technical integrations with global SMS aggregators and telecom operators. Samar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Science in Image Processing and Computer Vision from Télécom Paris.
