Sandesh Delampady has extensive experience in project management and engineering across various industries. Starting as a Mechanical Project Manager at Dell, responsibilities included managing enterprise server development platforms and enhancing product documentation practices. As a Product & Technology Transfer Engineer at Elcoteq, Sandesh managed the transfer of complex products and implemented a Manufacturing Execution System for traceability. Following roles at GE Energy involved leading design-based hardware and software program management for telecom products, achieving rapid project completion. At Cisco, Sandesh served as a New Products Program Manager and later took on various leadership roles in Product Operations, focusing on manufacturing interfaces and product lifecycle management. Currently, Sandesh is engaged as an NPI PM in Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering at Meta. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
