Sarah Field

Sarah Field is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing various recruitment processes across multiple industries. Starting as a Temporary and Contract Recruitment Consultant at Bell Cornwall Recruitment from May 2011 to March 2013, Sarah demonstrated expertise in candidate screening, relationship management, and payroll management. From September 2014 to March 2017, Sarah served at Nomura, first as an Analyst for Global Markets Graduate Recruitment and later as an Associate and Team Lead, where recruitment strategies were developed for multiple regions. Subsequent roles at UBS and Facebook involved coordination of graduate recruitment programs and collaboration with hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes across EMEA. Most recently, positions at Meta included Program Manager roles focusing on early talent recruitment in specialized technology and research areas.
