Sasha Salmon

Sasha Salmon is a professional with a diverse background in policy development and social inclusion. Starting as a graduate at LSE Enterprise Ltd with a qualifying law degree in Law and Social Anthropology, Sasha progressed to various significant roles, including Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Education, focusing on sustainable and inclusive schools, and a Civil Service Fast Stream position tackling policies across several ministries, including the Ministry of Justice and Department for Work and Pensions. Sasha served as a Senior Adviser in the Mayor’s Office at the Greater London Authority, specializing in social integration and community engagement, and briefly worked with The Film and TV Charity on anti-racism initiatives. More recently, as the Public Policy Strategy Lead at Meta, Sasha oversaw strategies for Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey, showcasing a strong commitment to social equity and policy innovation throughout the career.
