Satya Yadav is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and regulatory compliance. Beginning a career as a Captain in the Indian Army from 2003 to 2009, Satya transitioned to the role of Project Manager for System Integration at Wipro Infotech Ltd. from 2010 to 2011, overseeing significant IT infrastructure projects with P&L responsibility exceeding 500 crore. As the Founder and CEO of Recon Advisory from 2011 to 2017, Satya provided consultancy on tech policy and cybersecurity to government entities and Fortune 500 companies. Following this, Satya served as the Director of Government Advisory Services at EY in 2018 before joining Meta, initially as Head of Trust & Safety Outreach in India from 2018 to 2023, and then advancing to Director and Head of South Asia Outreach in the Security Legal & Outreach Team in 2025, where responsibilities include stakeholder engagement on user safety and privacy matters across Meta's platforms.
